The Mission
Dexter Yard is a massive 515,000 RSF life science and office campus in South Lake Union. The challenge was to build a digital tool that could communicate the scale of the project to brokers and tenants while making complex leasing data easy to digest.
The Fix
We built a custom, interactive Stacking Plan using programmatically-controlled SVGs. This replaced static PDFs with a dynamic interface where the client can toggle “Leased” or “Available” states directly in the WordPress CMS. We also deep-linked Matterport VR tours to individual floor plates, allowing prospects to walk the space virtually without leaving the site.
The Outcome: Leasing Velocity
By decoupling the visual floor plans from the underlying data, we created an “instant-update” engine for the BioMed team.
The Result: A high-utility leasing tool that ensures 100% data accuracy for high-value prospects and eliminates the lag time typical of traditional property updates.
