The Mission
The Spring District is a massive, 36-acre “innovation hub” that serves as a secondary headquarters for some of the world’s largest tech companies. They needed a digital platform that communicated the sheer scale of the development while making the “live-work-play” ecosystem easy to navigate for prospective commercial tenants and residents alike.
The Fix
We built a custom WordPress architecture designed to handle a heavy library of architectural renderings and master plan documents without the usual performance trade-offs. The technical core of the project was a bespoke, interactive neighborhood map powered by Google Cloud APIs. This wasn’t just a static embed – we styled the map to align with the district’s modern branding and integrated custom markers for transit stops, retail “Hot Spots,” and office blocks.
The Outcome: Urban Connectivity
The site acts as the central information node for the entire district – managing the flow of information for multiple office buildings and residential phases.
Result: A high-performance digital asset that successfully positions the district as Bellevue’s premier tech destination, providing brokers and the public with a seamless, visually-driven exploration of the campus.
