For Basalt – a flagship multifamily development in West Seattle – the goal was simple: bridge the gap between high-end architectural renderings and live leasing data. We needed a site that looked premium but functioned like a high-speed utility for prospective tenants.
The Fix
We moved the project to a high-performance WP Engine stack and tackled a fragmented tech environment. This meant coordinating a complex domain migration and debugging critical Google Cloud API hurdles that were breaking the site’s interactive maps. By aligning the billing and project architecture, we ensured the neighborhood “Hot Spots” were live and fully optimized within the free usage tiers.
The Outcome: Real-Time Precision
Instead of manual updates, we built a self-sustaining ecosystem. We integrated Engrain for visual floor plan navigation and linked it directly to AppFolio data.
The Result: When a unit is leased in the back office, it vanishes from the site instantly. Zero manual entry. Zero frustrated prospects.
