The Mission
Clise Properties is a Seattle institution with a century of history. They needed a digital platform that felt as foundational as their physical portfolio but functioned with modern speed. The mission was to bridge their legacy with a future-focused, media-heavy site that didn’t buckle under the weight of high-res assets.
The Fix
We gutted the underperforming backend and moved the entire operation to a specialized WP Engine stack. To handle the cinematic video backgrounds and interactive elements without killing load times, we offloaded the heavy lifting to Vimeo and optimized Google Cloud APIs for their custom property maps. We also managed a high-stakes DNS migration to ensure a zero-downtime transition for their established brand.
The Outcome: Performance-Driven Heritage
We built a custom interactive timeline and a “Sites Sold” module that allows users to navigate 100 years of history through a snappy, responsive interface.
The Result: An enterprise-grade site that maintains sub-2-second load times despite being packed with 4k visuals and complex property grids.
